Job summary

Five Below seeks a Support Lead in Prattville, AL to help manage the front end and store operations under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will guide Front End Leads and sales associates, ensure great customer experiences, cash handling, cleanliness, safety, and drive sales.

You will model leadership, deliver results during your shift, wow the customer, lead by example, train staff, and support the managers in achieving KPIs while upholding Five Below values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
• Achieve CSAT score goals set by the District Manager.
• Lead Front End Operations and train staff on customer service.
• Guarantee fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness.
• Open/close store procedures and supervise associates as needed.
• Drive store sales and manage payroll within budget.
• Adhere to Five Below SOPs and cash handling procedures.
• Unloads and stocks merchandise, stages stock for floor.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and coworkers.
