Job summary

Five Below in Batesville, MS is seeking a Support Lead to assist with direction of the front end and sales associates under the Store Manager on Duty. You will help wow the customer, manage cash, cleanliness, safety, and drive sales.

As a member of the management team you will lead by example, deliver results during your shift, mentor associates, and ensure SOPs are followed while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers and leads front end operations.
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Assists payroll process and ensures payroll is within budget.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety and readiness for customers.
• Opens and closes store procedures and supervises associates.
