Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a Front-of-Store Leader to promote an excellent customer experience while guiding a team of Associates. You’ll model service, train staff, manage POS coverage, and help maintain store standards.

• Partners with management on training needs and priorities
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and effectively
