Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math for cash handling.
• Excellent communication to direct staff and serve customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end associates and ensure exceptional checkout service.
• Train new front end associates and oversee their development.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions.
• Utilize cashier scripts and educate on loyalty, RK Visa, RKPPP.
• Assist cashiers by running a register to keep front-end smooth.
• Manage BOPIS process and weekly audits.
• Handle cash management, returns, exchanges, and price disputes.
• Set up tax-exempt plans and ensure compliance.
• Maintain shrink awareness and loss prevention actions.
• Provide professional internal and external customer support.
