Kroger in Green Bay is seeking a Front End Operations Specialist to support daily department functions, improve processes and ensure a positive customer experience at check stands, Self Service, and related areas.

You will coach supervisors, implement company initiatives, and help maintain a clean, efficient shopping environment while accommodating varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed (Prime Time emphasis).
• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn common computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked).
• Understanding of department operations: managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink, scheduling, expenses.
• Proven integrity and dependability; strong customer service background.

• Provide day-to-day support of Front End operations, policies, processes and procedures.
• Explore and develop more effective processes for Front End and related areas.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective customer service throughout the department.
• Coach and train front end supervisors and customer service managers.
• Promote and implement company initiatives to reports in a positive manner.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean shopping environment at all front lines.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform duties as assigned.
