Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.

• Answer questions and suggest products in the department and store.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with cash control, sales and cash item records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Collaborate with Front-end staff and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
