Kroger is seeking a Front End Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations across Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting. You will help develop more efficient processes, coach supervisors and promote company initiatives to the team.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, weekend/holiday coverage, and a strong focus on customer service and workplace organization. On-site at 950 Brook Forest Ave, Shorewood, IL.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as the work demands.
• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed (emphasis on Prime Time)
• Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.
• Demonstrate the ability to promote company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
