This role requires 1 year of supervisory experience or 4 years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of computer work. The position offers $18.50–$25.60/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related staff for front end and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, credit and close-out procedures.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
• Audit inventory and shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Manage stores signage and pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Supervise inventory movement and open/close store operations.
