Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory and e-commerce support.

The role emphasizes team building, exceptional service, and detailed process adherence in a fast-paced floor environment. Successful candidates will manage front-end operations, ensure SKU accuracy, handle refunds, and coordinate with management on pricing changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
• Monitor inventory movement and audit reports for accuracy.
• Open and/or close the store as needed.
