Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure that guests experience the fastest and most pleasant checkout by enforcing our Guest Service Standards and Policies.

You will monitor guest flow, assist with scheduling to meet service levels, train cashiers and hosts, handle guest requests and refunds, and perform cashier duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, organized front end environment and adhering to policy.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and guest service orientation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure guest checkout is fast and pleasant by enforcing Guest Service Standards.
• Maintain front end standards and manage guest flow with line and host coordination.
• Train cashiers and hosts; assist with scheduling under Store Manager guidance.
• Process guest orders and perform cashier duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
