• Ability to supervise employees, train and develop front-end staff.
• Able to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly; stand for long periods.
• Experience with front end operations in a retail setting preferred.
• Comfort with basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards across the front end.
• Ensure No Noticeable Wait Policy front end standards are met at all times.
• Manage guest traffic flow and interact with guests and bagging staff.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager to meet service levels and labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed and handle guest requests, refunds, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean, neat, and debris-free; ensure parking lot is orderly.
• Be a positive role model in speech, appearance, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use and enforce front end policies.
• Provide on-the-job feedback to hosts to maintain service levels.
