• Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards across the front end.
• Manage guest traffic flow and interact with guests.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to align staffing with labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and check approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean and parking lot debris-free.
• Model professionalism in speech, dress, hygiene and integrity.
• Monitor and enforce front end policies related to asset protection.
• Provide training and direction to hosts not meeting standards.
• Provide feedback to front end hosts about performance.
• Process guest orders including cashier duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
