Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, process payments, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and help maintain a clean, organized front-end area.

You will provide product information, stay up to date on merchandising promotions, and contribute to world-class service and lasting customer relationships that drive sales and a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service in Front-End areas.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Handle payments securely and accurately per SOP.
• Maintain Front-End area clean and visually appealing.
• Provide product information and direct Customers to store areas or staff.
