Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the Front End Department, including staffing, in-store and digital customer experience, and key metrics. You will assist customers and teammates with a friendly, energetic demeanor while adhering to front-end guidelines and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of professional retail experience (grocery/office management a plus), and strong MS Office and reporting skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 2+ years professional experience in grocery/retail environment preferred.
• Office management experience a plus.
• Experience in natural foods industry a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive checkout experience and measure results with reporting tools.
• Transform customer service opportunities into solutions.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of customer-facing areas and store exterior.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews for Front End staff.
• Ensure E-commerce compliance and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage scheduling and lane assignments during shifts.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper procedures for pricing and paperwork.
