Fresh Thyme Market in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the Front End, including in-store and digital experiences, staffing, and performance metrics. You will ensure a positive checkout, supervise departments, manage scheduling, and uphold food safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service to shoppers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience.
• Preferred 2-3 years grocery retail experience in Office Management processes.
• Previous experience in natural foods industry is a plus.
• Accounting and cash handling background preferred.
