Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer transactions at front registers while delivering friendly, energetic service. You’ll handle cash, assist customers, stock, and ensure POS accuracy in a fast-paced, wellness-focused store.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of retail experience; one year of supervisory role is a plus. We offer weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering store and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and ensures proper POS accuracy.
