Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a capable Coordinator to manage front-end operations, support customer satisfaction, and safeguard assets while upholding cash handling and service standards. You will guide a team to deliver efficient checkout experiences and ensure accurate transaction processing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to food safety and customer care in a fast-paced, growing grocery environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering store and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Maintains clean checkout areas and ensures proper cash control at registers.
• Models fast and friendly customer service and supports POS transactions.
• Meet or exceed sales floor condition expectations in respective department.
• Promotes a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
