Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a store associate in California to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with product location, enroll customers in rewards, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role requires physical ability to stand, lift, and move goods; experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition; complete returns/go backs.
