Job summary

Michaels Stores in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate checkout lanes. You will help customers find products, enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support in-store analytics and VOC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support store recovery to meet brand standards.
