Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate in Redlands, CA. You will assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions to help shoppers quickly find what they’re looking for.

You’ll also handle checkout with cash handling to standards, enroll customers in rewards programs, support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and help unload trucks and stock merchandise to keep shelves well-stocked and appealing.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-backs
