You will coach associates, assist with scheduling and promotions, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. This role blends leadership with hands-on store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, customer service, or grocery experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-first culture and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the store.
• Oversee cashiering, courtesy clerk, self-checkout, and customer service desk operations.
• Support Drive Up & Go fulfillment, order accuracy, and pickup procedures.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to front-end and service associates.
• Assist with labor deployment, scheduling, and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
