You will coach associates, oversee service programs, and collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to maximize store performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leads front-end and service teams to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Coach and develop associates on service standards and programs
• Oversee front-end operations including check stands, SCO, service desk, and checkout processes
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies
• Monitor scheduling, staffing levels, and labor alignment with business needs
• Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with management teams
