This role drives customer satisfaction, checkout performance, and labor utilization while maintaining policy compliance.

You will lead when the Manager is unavailable, coach teams, and help implement promotions and strategic initiatives across the store. A customer-first mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
