Responsibilities

• Leads front-end and customer service teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop associates on service standards and programs.
• Oversee daily front-end operations including check stands, SCO, service desk, and checkout processes.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and policies.
• Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing, and queue management to align labor with needs.
• Oversee cash office processes including counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure front-end readiness for audits and company programs.
• Hire, train, and develop service staff and supervisors.
• Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted items.
• Complete required reports and communicate with management.
