Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and engages the team across front-end operations and customer service to meet store goals.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance management to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Leads coaching, recognition and development to build a strong talent pipeline for leadership roles.
• Manages area operations and financial results, including shrink, safety, and budget adherence.
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and safety standards in daily store activities.
• Works with Leads and Team Leaders to assign daily responsibilities and trainings.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
