Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately including cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT and related items.
• Supervise front-end operations in absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Train team members and manage scheduling to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and safe front-end areas.
• Handle returns, discounts, and promotional coupons per policy.
• Follow safety guidelines and guest experience standards.
