Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Front-of-Store Leader to drive an outstanding customer experience while supervising and coaching Associates on front-end operations. You will model excellent service, train staff, and ensure smooth POS coverage and loyalty program promotion.

Ideal candidates have retail experience (1 year) and some leadership exposure, with strong communication, multitasking, and team collaboration skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage for Associates.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit programs.
• Maintain store safety and adhere to policies.
• Train Associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
