Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with every Customer to provide world-class service.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions at the Front-End.
• Maintain clean, well-organized Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process payments securely according to SOP.
• Stay updated on promotions and merchandise to drive sales.
