Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service at the Front-End (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain front-end merchandise presence and a clean, professional appearance.
• Accept payments (cash, card, gift cards) securely per SOP.
• Stay informed about promotions and assist customers with product information.
• Provide feedback to manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.
