Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service in front-end areas.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions at the cashier and club desk.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and merchandise presence.
• Accept cash, credit/debit payments, and gift cards securely per SOP.
• Answer basic product questions and direct customers to store areas or teammates.
• Stay current on promotions and merchandising events to support sales.
