Responsabilités

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer experience.
• Trabasks such as training and mentoring front-end associates.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness.
• Communicates priorities to management and staff with updates.
• Supports management on associate training and labor-law compliance.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and store policies.
