Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with stock flow and recovery.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and ensure proper front-end coverage.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures alongside leadership.
