Job summary

You will train associates, coordinate POS coverage, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, flexibility, and a focus on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store merchandising techniques and loss prevention.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and engage with customers.
• Oversee and support a team of associates at the front of the store.
• Lead by example in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote loyalty and credit programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff.
