Qualificações

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end operations including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shift and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure workload tasks, recovery, and merchandising standards are completed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and support proper scheduling of breaks.
