Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while keeping the front-end area clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include handling payments securely, answering product questions, promoting offerings, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and create a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the front-end areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk) and provide world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented Front-End area and ensure merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely and follow SOPs for transactions.
• Stay updated on promotions and assist customers with store information.
• Provide product information and direct customers to appropriate team members.
