Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Front-End Dept Head to elevate the customer experience at the Club Services Desk and Front-End checkout. You will lead daily operations, enforce merchandise standards, and ensure a premier store presentation to drive sales.

You will oversee all Club Services and Front-End tasks, coach Associates, handle returns and orders, assist with Shop floor training, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Fast learner with business sense and ability to balance multiple priorities.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
