Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service in our Port Charlotte store. The role involves supervising cashiers, handling front-end operations, and supporting the store in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training, be flexible with scheduling, and demonstrate reliable, friendly behavior and strong math and cash-handling skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing and supporting cashiers.
• Manage store sweeps, cash register supplies and restroom/parking lot cleanliness.
• Monitor security and assist with break scheduling and compliance.
