Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to oversee a team of cashiers and support store operations in a fast paced environment. The role emphasizes customer service leadership, scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies and state requirements.

The ideal candidate will have cashiering experience and leadership training, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage front-end teams and ensure smooth checkout processes for customers across shifts.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily operations.
• Proactively visit registers and guide cashiers and clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas.
• Oversee security measures and proper execution of meal and rest breaks in line with policy and state laws.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary steps when needed.
