Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and support staff in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, guide frontline teammates, and help resolve register issues with a calm, helpful approach.

The role requires strong cash handling, reliable teamwork, and the ability to train new cashiers while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Visit registers to provide direction and support to cashiers.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary actions.
