Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced cashier team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise cashiers, ensure smooth operations at registers and assist with staffing and training while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring, multi-tasking, accuracy in cash handling, and maintaining a positive, friendly store environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment and multi-task.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
