Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks. You will supervise registers, assist customers, and ensure smooth operations at the front end.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and strong math and communication skills. DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Assist with customer issues at the register when needed.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Help hire and train new Cashiers; address disciplinary actions as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at the front end and store areas.
