Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and electronic scanner to itemize customer purchases and total purchases; handle a variety of products.
• Process financial transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, rain checks and coupons accurately.
• Weigh and bag customer purchases; maintain a clean and organized front-end area.
• Report pricing or signage errors; ensure proper use of PLUs and current store programs.
• Communicate store programs and in-store specials to customers and model high standards of service.
