Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize customer purchases and total amounts.
• Process payments including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, and coupons accurately.
• Bag purchases and maintain a clean, organized check-stand area.
• Explain store programs, promotions and loyalty benefits to customers.
• Follow safety, security, and sanitation guidelines and assist in other front-end duties as needed.
