The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at our retail branch. You will manage cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and handle in-store and phone inquiries, ensuring smooth checkout operations and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, cash handling, membership verification, returns processing, and keeping front-end areas neat.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to handle register transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and willingness to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, as well as loading purchases into customer vehicles.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries.
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location.
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales.
