The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver excellent customer service at our retail location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front, and serve as the first contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

This role supports smooth checkout operations and collaborates with leadership on sales, merchandising and inventory goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with returns, guiding customers on policies, and maintaining front-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Ability to guide customers and answer questions about policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, and loading purchases into customer vehicles.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries.
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location.
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
