Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate for our Orlando location to deliver excellent service at the front end. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and respond to in-store and phone inquiries to ensure a smooth checkout process.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, returns, memberships, and directing customers as needed while maintaining a clean front-end area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, as well as loading purchases into customer vehicles.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries.
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location.
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
