The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in our retail branch. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

This role ensures smooth checkout operations, accurate transactions, and organized front-end areas while supporting returns, memberships, and questions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CRM and project tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service focus with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with register transactions and memberships.
• Process returns and restock items properly.
• Guide customers and answer questions about policies and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front area.
• Support location operations and initiatives as directed by management.
