• Guide customers in-store about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain checkout lanes, registers, carts, and front-end area cleanliness and organization.
• Refill impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support location operations.

TheFront EndAssociate supports key operational goals by efficiently handling cashier duties,assistingcustomers at the front of the store, and serving as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries. This role ensures smooth checkout operations,accuratetransactions, organized front-end areas, and effective support with returns, memberships, and customer questions. Through strong customer service strategies and collaboration with branch leadership, theFront EndAssociate helps advance the goals of our sales, order fulfillment,merchandisingand inventoryteams.
