• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions daily.
• Assist customers with register transactions and cash handling, and load purchases into vehicles.
• Process customer returns and restock items as needed.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct callers as needed.
• Guide customers in-store about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain checkout lanes, registers, carts, and front-end area cleanliness and organization.
• Refill impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support location operations.
