The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to provide top-tier customer service at our Maryland branch. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and respond to in-store and phone inquiries, ensuring smooth checkout operations and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include processing returns, restocking, guiding customers, and maintaining a tidy checkout area while collaborating with branch leadership to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to use CRM systems and project management tools effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries.
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location.
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales.
